Champion blinds provided a wonderful service. Prompt arrival to quote with all the necessary samples, competitive price, prompt turnaround of a quality product and excellent installation. Communication was excellent and timely.

Couldn't be happier with our new curtains - we had sheer curtains installed in our home as part of our build by another company, so I needed champion blinds to be able to match the materials/colours we already had - they did this with no problem. Their customer service went above & beyond - including friendly staff at every point of contact & reliable trades that showed up on time. The curtains also arrived much earlier than I thought (and was cheaper than another quote I was given), so the whole process with quick, easy & affordable. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you!
Champion Blinds recently installed some motorised external awnings - their customer service was fantastic throughout and the blinds are fantastic - ready for this predicted hot summer. Installation went smoothly - couldn't be happier.

Champion Blinds Company found the blinds I needed to match the blinds in the rest of my home. They came out to my house immediately to measure. They were able to deliver & install them quicker than expected too. I would not hesitate to order from this company again, they are professional & have great customer service.

Just like to say thank you for my sky light blind put up in my treatment room last week. I work from home so was so appreciated that staff turned up on time and a pleasure to deal with. No mess left behind. Love how easy the ceiling blind is to open & close and blocks out light completely. Definitely recommend. Craig made suggestions, that came out better than expected. I couldn't be happier with service, professionalism and the final installation from Champion Blinds and would highly recommend their services.Sally came to my home with a wealth of knowledge and ideas, which made the process less daunting than I had anticipated. The quote came through within a day and I was advised of when I should expect the curtains for delivery. They arrived earlier than I was expecting and was booked in for installation the next day.Phil came and installed the curtains, great guy, my dog loved him!When I saw the final product I was amazed!!! What a difference it has made to my home, I feel like I'm living in a luxurious hotel.Everyone who walks in is blown away!Thanks Sally for the advice and ideas, you really helped me in making a decision I had been unsure about. Ordered blinds off this company. Owner made a date for installation based on their capacity to secure make and install the blinds, 3 weeks from ordering. When it come to the date the owner said he could not meet the deadlines he committed to. I told him that he made the promise and my decision to purchase the blinds from him was based on the promises made at the time of ordering. He also advised that if I cancelled the order he would not give a refund, even though the reason for the cancellation was because he failed to meet his obligations under the contracted that was negotiated in good will.The blinds were subsequently installed, I noticed today that they are freeing on the edges. On inspection the reason for the damage is the holders for the pelmet are rubbing against the edge of the blind and that is what is causing the damage. They installed 4 blinds and 3 have damage.I checked the remainder of blinds in the house (which were installed by a different company). Not one of their blinds have the same issue.I checked the remainder of the

Such great service. Everything was easy from the initial phone call to make a time for the measure and quote, all the way to the blinds being installed. Staff are friendly and professional. We had such a positive experience with Champion Blinds. Everyone was friendly and very easy to talk to. Craig was able to come out shortly after I called - he was super helpful - and the blinds were delivered exactly in the time frame he quoted. We are really happy with the blinds and plan to use Champion Blinds again next year :)

Just had blinds for our new home installed by Champion Blinds. Right from the start we have had a great experience. From first appointment choosing our fabric and colours with Craig, to communication and making appointments with Karen, all the way through to Mick our installer.All were professional, friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble. We ordered pleated blinds from champion blinds and couldn't be happier with the service and the product. Appointments made and kept by professional friendly installers. We had an issue with one of the blinds becoming misaligned but champion promptly fixed the problem under warranty for no charge, no drama. Highly recommend this company.

We were recommended Champion Blinds and ordered a 6m Weinor Kubata awning after viewing the showroom. The awning is discrete when closed, does a fantastic job stopping the radiant heat off the deck and we can barely see the neighbours who could see straight into our kitchen and dinning area. Craig was extremely helpful, friendly and professional and so were those installing the awning.
